The Brain Charity are offering a series of free group therapy workshops to help people to improve their mental and physical well-being.
There will be two different groups: the first group will be at 10.00-12.30 and the second at 13.30-16.00.
A range of topics will be covered to help people to grow emotionally and take practical steps to improve their personal situations.
Weekly Group Topics include:
Managing depression Grief and loss Sleep Anxiety management Better breathing and relaxation techniques Mindfulness Pain and Medication management Anger Dealing with difficult emotions Self-esteem
The group therapy will be provided by two trainee Counselling Psychologists.
