The Brain Charity has teamed up with local charities to offer our users the chance to exercise for free at Greenbank Sports Academy in Liverpool.
For those of you who don’t already know Liverpool’s Annual Snow Ball is a key element of Liverpool’s Christmas calendar and this year the Hilton is proud to have been chosen to host the sparkling event.

The Brain Charity now offer free group therapy sessions to people who would like to learn new techniques to help them improve their mental well-being.
According to a 2018 commission on Dementia and Music, there is now “…emerging evidence to suggest that music may help to delay the onset of dementia and improve brain function and information recall”
