New Group Sessions: Managing Anxiety and Pain Events

Ongoing Event

Our new Group Therapy sessions are open and free to attend for anyone affected by a neurological condition.

Group therapy is a form of therapy that involves learning about and sharing similar experiences with people to enable personal growth. Group sizes are kept small to allow the opportunity for individual guidance.

A different topic will be explored in detail each week:

17th June 2019 - Generalised anxiety

24th June 2019 - Social anxiety

1st July 2019 - Anxiety and sleep

8th July 2019 - Panic

15th July 2019 - Understanding pain

22nd July 2019 - Pain management

29th July 2019 - Closing & Reflections

The sessions will be run by Soha Daru a trainee Counselling Psychologist.
