Group Therapy at The Brain Charity

Group Therapy Workshops at The Brain Charity Events

Ongoing Event

The Brain Charity now offer free group therapy sessions to people who would like to learn new techniques to help them improve their mental well-being.

These sessions are led by Soha Daru, a Counselling Psychologist in Doctorate training, who will use her learning and experience to assist people to gain new skills to enable them to cope with their daily challenges. The group meets on Mondays from 10am-12pm and will offer the opportunity to meet new people and share experiences with others who may be facing similar issues.

A different topic will be explored in detail each week:

25 November 2019: Managing low mood
