These sessions are led by Soha Daru, a Counselling Psychologist in Doctorate training, who will use her learning and experience to assist people to gain new skills to enable them to cope with their daily challenges. The group meets on Mondays from 10am-12pm and will offer the opportunity to meet new people and share experiences with others who may be facing similar issues.

17 February 2020: Closing & reflections
