The Brain Charity are offering a series of free group therapy workshops to assist people to improve their mental and physical well-being.
There will be range of topics covered to help people to cope with their emotions and take practical steps to improve their personal situations.

Introduction Managing depression Grief and Loss How to manage common symptoms Anxiety management Better breathing and relaxation techniques Mindfulness Pain and Medication management Trauma Dealing with difficult emotions Self-esteem
The group therapy will be provided by one of our volunteer counsellors: Aspasia Ftenou, Counselling Psychology trainee.
