Job title: Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer
Salary: £16,791 per annum pro rata (£27,985 FTE)
Contract: Permanent
Base: The Brain Charity, Norton Street, Liverpool, L3 8LR
Hours: 22.5 hours per week (preferably split over 5 working days)
Start Date: March 2025
Responsible to: Head of People
With overall responsibility for enabling our CEO to utilise her time effectively and be the best she can be, you will undertake a wide range of tasks and assignments requiring considerable use of judgement, personal initiative and discretion.
You will be a highly organised individual with a methodical approach to work and an eye for detail.
Working closely on a day-to-day basis with the CEO, you will be instrumental in supporting the organisation to deliver excellent services to some of the most vulnerable members of our society.
The EA will also provide executive personal assistance to the CEO, and secretarial support to Senior Leadership Team and Chair of the Board of Trustees.
