How to Take Part

Step 1: Sign up online

Fill in the expression of interest form and we will get back to you as soon as we can! Places are limited, so don’t miss your chance to conquer this iconic building!

Step 2: Pay your registration fee

Once we’ve assigned places, we’ll invite you to secure your place with a £20 registration fee.

Step 3: Start fundraising

We ask all participants to raise a minimum of £200. Every pound raised helps us continue our work providing practical help, emotional support and social activities for people with neurological conditions.

Step 4: Take the plunge

On the day, you’ll be fully briefed and kitted out by trained instructors – then it’s time to lean back, take a deep breath and go for it! Friends and family can come along to cheer you on from below.
