For the University of Liverpool, the training offered crucial insights into supporting students: “It was useful to hear about practical tips we can use with students: the importance of breaks, being flexible about working environments, implementing inclusive practices broadly so that students do not necessarily have to disclose or be singled out.” They added, “It was also great that the session discussed the positives of being neurodivergent. Our trainers are not only engaging but also well-prepared, with 98.2% of attendees agreeing or strongly agreeing that trainers were able to answer any questions effectively.
