Emma Richards
Emma is a partner at HCC. She was originally called to the Bar in 1999, and cross qualified as a solicitor in 2007. She specialises exclusively in claimant clinical negligence and joined the firm in early 2016 to head up their Clinical Negligence Department.

Michelle Weaver

She can also prepare and submit applications for a grant of probate or letters of administration.
